Spring Training

Spring training starts April 2nd as per schedule below.

All LTSC training schedules are subject to change, due to park district availability, coach availability and weather. Teams will be notified by email or by their team coach before the season starts. Times listed below can change from season to season-based on daylight saving times so please check regularly.

Each player is responsible for wearing the appropriate training uniform from season to season, bringing a pumped up ball as well as wearing the appropriate soccer shoes.

Training Uniform should be as follows: (Tee, shorts, socks)

  • 1st Training Session wear, Black, Black, Black
  • 2nd Training Session wear, Gray, Black, Black
  • 3rd Training Session wear, Black, Black, Black (Select teams only)

Additional training or futsal, can be the players choice, however it must be LTSC product. During inclement/cooler weather players are expected to wear the LTSC training suit.

All Fall and Spring training sessions finish the week leading up to their final game of the season. Winter training sessions will have a specified end date.

You are required to notify your coach if you will be absent from any training session or match.

Release dates for schedule:

  • Fall Training announced July 1
  • Winter Training announced October 1
  • Spring Training announced February 1 
    (Dates may vary)

All sessions in red text are at Walker Park in Burr Ridge

All sessions in green text are at Sedgwick Park in La Grange

All sessions in blue text are at Gordon Park in La Grange

All underlined sessions are closed sessions, open only to players on that team.
